As standard, we offer 5 designs of single-family houses of different sizes, which can be adapted to your own preferences. There is also the possibility of producing a house from your individual design.

The first step is to contact us and discuss your needs and expectations. You can choose one of our standard designs or provide us with your own design. Our specialists will be happy to advise and help you adapt the design to your requirements.
Once the design is approved, we begin production. Our advanced production technologies allow for quick and precise production of house modules in our factory. The production process usually takes 4 weeks from the moment the order is placed. During this time, we prepare all the structural elements and elements needed for assembly.
The finished modules are transported to the construction site and assembled on a previously prepared foundation. Assembly is quick and efficient, usually taking a few days. Thanks to this, your new home can be ready to move in in a very short time. In the case when you do not have a team for your own assembly, we offer assembly of the house by our company.
